InsuranceFiling provides public insurance filing research and signed-in tools for insurance professionals. Using the site means you follow these terms.

An account belongs to the person who created it. Keep the sign-in link private. Paid plans stay pending until they are approved. Users can request account and data deletion by emailing support@insurancefiling.com.

Do not use the service to break the law, disrupt the site, or collect other people's accounts. We can suspend access that does so.

Filing information on the public pages comes from state filing records and may be incomplete. It is not legal, actuarial, or coverage advice.

How account activity is stored and removed is described in the privacy notice.
