Labor and Industry Policy Omnibus Bill
Comprehensive labor and industry policy changes including pay transparency requirements, restrictive covenant limitations, minimum wage adjustments, and educational poster requirements for employee rights. Life Insurance Suicide Clause Reduction
Reduces the permissible suicide exclusion period in life insurance policies from two years to one year. Requires insurers to refund all premiums paid if death benefit is denied due to suicide within one year of policy issue.
Life insurance beneficiaries gain earlier access to death benefits after suicide, with exclusion period reduced from 24 months to 12 months for policies issued on or after January 1, 2024.

Gender-Affirming Health Care Protections
